Premier League club Chelsea FC have warned Real Madrid they’ll not sell their key man Eden Hazard even for £170 million. Hazard’s transfer to Real Madrid is becoming a tough task. After the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo, there is still a vacant space for the main forward. Eden Hazard would be the perfect replacement for the Portuguese but Chelsea are not in any situation to let their striker go away from the club.
The Belgian international had a remarkable World Cup campaign as a captain of the team. Belgium finished at third spot and scored most goals throughout the competition. He scored goals and also provided assists in big games during the Russia World Cup.
It is quite clear that Chelsea would not sell Hazard even for £200 million. He has two years left at Chelsea and the club is hoping Hazard can be convinced to stay with club even after 2020.
There is sill time for this transfer window and Real Madrid is likely to increase the bid for the Chelsea winger. Eden Hazard is seen as the ideal Galactico to appease Madrid’s fan base following the £88 million sale of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The schedule of Real Madrid has been announced and they’ll begin this season with a pre-season friendly competition i.e. Int. Champions Cup. Meanwhile, Chelsea will also start their campaign in the same competition. Both clubs will play this season with new managers.
